TERMS

We require a one month reservation fee for any booking to be confirmed. And we have a private swimming pool inside. (use of pool for a fee)

Extra bed for any additional Adult ( if availability) be charged 400 pesos per night.
Daily rates for rent: pesos 2,600 / night
Daily Rate is good for 4 Pax.

Terms and Conditions
The daily rates INCLUDE electricity, water, cable, internet, etc., EXCEPT FOOD and DRINKS. For guests paying in US Dollars, the exchange rates will depend on the time of payment. The rates in pesos should be followed and are fixed rates. All our prices are inclusive of all taxes

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received up to 15 days prior to arrival date will not be charged. If cancellation is within 15 days, a night penalty will be charged.

No Show Policy
No show on the arrival date, a night penalty will be charged.
