Terms and cancellation
Terms and conditions
The daily rates include electricity, water, cable, internet, etc., except food and drinks. For guests paying in US Dollars, the exchange rates will depend on the time of payment. The rates in pesos should be followed and are fixed rates. All our prices are inclusive of all taxes.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation received up to 15 days prior to arrival date will not be charged. If cancellation is within 15 days, a night penalty will be charged.
No-show policy
No show on the arrival date, a night penalty will be charged.
Early check-out
All the rest of staying period will be charged.
